Welcome to Pie Solutions. These Terms of Service explain the rules and conditions for using our website, dashboard, Discord services, digital products, downloads, and related services.

By creating an account, purchasing a product, downloading files, joining our Discord server, or using any Pie Solutions service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

“Pie Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the Pie Solutions service.

“User”, “you”, or “your” refers to anyone using our website, Discord server, products, downloads, dashboard, or services.

“Products” refers to digital products, licenses, account slots, Minecraft Account products, downloads, or any other item sold or provided by Pie Solutions.

“Pie” refers to the normal version of our product.

“Alt Slot” refers to an additional Minecraft account slot connected to your Pie Solutions account.

“Minecraft Account” refers to a separately delivered account product, if purchased.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pie Solutions, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use our website, products, Discord server, or services.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your Pie Solutions account secure.

You must not:

• Share your account login details
• Sell, trade, or transfer your Pie Solutions account
• Let other people use your account
• Use another person’s account
• Attempt to access accounts that do not belong to you

You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support as soon as possible.

4. Email Verification

You may be required to verify your email address before using certain features.

You must use a valid email address that you own and can access.

Pie Solutions may use your email for:

• Account verification
• Purchase confirmations
• Product delivery
• Security messages
• Support-related messages

5. Products and Access

Pie Solutions may offer products including, but not limited to:

• Pie
• Alt Slot
• Minecraft Account

Product access is connected to your Pie Solutions account.

We may update, change, replace, remove, disable, or discontinue products or features at any time.

6. License Rules

When you purchase Pie, you receive access to use the product according to these Terms.

You do not own the product code, files, system, website, brand, or infrastructure.

You are not allowed to:

• Resell access
• Share product files
• Leak downloads
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute files
• Bypass license checks
• Bypass HWID checks
• Bypass account limits
• Attempt to crack, copy, or modify protected files
• Use the product on accounts or devices that are not authorized

Violating these rules may result in account termination without refund.

7. Alt Slots

Alt Slots increase the number of Minecraft accounts that can be linked to your Pie Solutions account.

Alt Slots are not a separate full product license.

Alt Slots only work if your Pie Solutions account has access to Pie.

Alt Slots may be removed, disabled, or adjusted if abuse is detected.

8. Minecraft Account Product

If you purchase a Minecraft Account product, the account details may be delivered to your email.

You are responsible for saving the delivered details securely.

Pie Solutions is not responsible if you:

• Lose the delivered details
• Share the details with someone else
• Change the details and forget them
• Get locked out due to your own actions
• Violate third-party rules using the account

Minecraft Account deliveries may include:

• Mail
• Password
• Security mail
• Security password
• Recovery key

These details are sensitive and must be kept private.

9. Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another third-party payment provider.

You agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

Prices may change at any time.

A purchase is only considered complete when the payment provider confirms the payment successfully.

Pie Solutions is not responsible for payment failures caused by:

• Your bank
• Your payment provider
• Incorrect payment information
• Third-party payment service issues

10. Refunds

Refund eligibility is reviewed case by case according to our refund policy.

Before requesting a refund, you should contact support and allow us to help resolve the issue.

Refunds may be denied if:

• The product was delivered successfully
• You violated these Terms
• You were banned, frozen, or blacklisted for abuse
• You attempted to bypass security or license systems
• You shared or leaked product files
• You used the product in a prohibited way
• You failed to follow support instructions

Purchasing a product does not guarantee an automatic refund.

11. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting support first, your Pie Solutions account may be suspended, frozen, or terminated.

We may revoke access to purchased products during a payment dispute.

Fraudulent disputes may result in a permanent ban or blacklist.

12. Lifetime Access

If a product is described as “lifetime”, it means access for the lifetime of the Pie Solutions product or service.

It does not mean the lifetime of the customer.

Lifetime access may end if:

• The product is discontinued
• Pie Solutions shuts down
• The service is no longer maintained
• You violate these Terms
• Your account is terminated, frozen, or blacklisted

13. HWID and Device Protection

Pie Solutions may use HWID-based protection to reduce account sharing and unauthorized use.

The raw HWID is not stored. A hashed version may be stored for verification.

Your account may be locked to a device.

You may be able to reset your HWID through the dashboard, subject to cooldowns and security rules.

Attempting to bypass HWID protection is not allowed.

14. Minecraft Account Linking

You may link Minecraft accounts to your Pie Solutions account.

Only linked Minecraft accounts are allowed to use the mod or related services.

Alt Slots control how many Minecraft accounts can be linked.

You must not link accounts that you do not own or do not have permission to use.

15. Discord Linking

You may link your Discord account to Pie Solutions.

The same Discord account may not be linked to multiple Pie Solutions accounts.

Discord linking may be used for:

• Account verification
• Support
• Server access
• Role assignment
• Security checks

You must not attempt to bypass Discord linking restrictions.

16. Discord Server Rules

If you join our Discord server, you must follow all server rules.

You must not:

• Spam
• Harass others
• Leak private information
• Abuse tickets
• Impersonate staff
• Attempt to scam users
• Share product files
• Evade bans or punishments

Violation of Discord rules may result in ticket restrictions, server bans, account suspension, or blacklist.

17. Support

Support may be provided through Discord tickets or other official Pie Solutions support systems.

You must provide accurate information when requesting support.

Support staff are not required to assist users who:

• Are abusive
• Spam tickets
• Lie about purchases
• Violate the Terms
• Refuse to cooperate
• Attempt to exploit the system

18. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Pie Solutions to:

• Break third-party rules or guidelines
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• Bypass payment, license, HWID, or account systems
• Share, sell, leak, or redistribute product files
• Reverse engineer protected files
• Use stolen accounts, stolen payment methods, or fraudulent information
• Abuse refunds, disputes, or chargebacks
• Use the service in a way that damages Pie Solutions

19. Account Freezing, Suspension, and Termination

Pie Solutions may freeze, suspend, or terminate your account if we believe you violated these Terms or abused the service.

A frozen account may be blocked from:

• Downloading files
• Linking Minecraft accounts
• Using the mod
• Accessing product features
• Receiving support

Termination may result in permanent loss of access.

20. Blacklist

Pie Solutions may blacklist users for serious abuse, fraud, ban evasion, chargeback abuse, leaking, bypassing security, or other harmful behavior.

A blacklist may prevent:

• Registering with the same email
• Logging in with the same email
• Using the same Discord account
• Using the same IP address
• Using the same HWID/device
• Using the mod or services

Blacklisted users may be able to submit an appeal through the official appeal system.

Appeals are reviewed by owners only.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee removal from the blacklist.

21. No Guarantee

Pie Solutions is provided as-is.

We do not guarantee that:

• The website will always be online
• Products will always work on every computer
• Features will always remain available
• Updates will always be released
• Third-party services will always work
• Support will always resolve every issue

You use Pie Solutions at your own risk.

22. Service Changes and Discontinuation

Pie Solutions may update, modify, replace, disable, remove, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

This includes:

• Website features
• Products
• Downloads
• Licenses
• Dashboard features
• Discord integrations
• Minecraft account systems
• HWID systems
• Payment systems

We are not required to continue offering any product forever.

23. User Data

Pie Solutions may collect and store information needed to operate the service, including:

• Email address
• Hashed password
• Discord ID
• Discord username
• Discord avatar
• Minecraft usernames
• Minecraft UUIDs
• License status
• Purchase records
• Hashed HWID
• Account status
• Support and admin logs

24. Security

You must not attempt to:

• Hack the website
• Attack the bot
• Abuse the API
• Access private files
• Access other users’ data
• Modify prices
• Fake payments
• Bypass Stripe/webhook checks
• Exploit dashboard or admin functions

Security abuse may result in immediate termination and blacklist.

25. Third-Party Services

Pie Solutions may use third-party services including:

• Discord
• Stripe
• Email providers
• Hosting providers
• Minecraft/Microsoft-related services

These third-party services have their own terms and policies.

Pie Solutions is not responsible for outages, restrictions, bans, or issues caused by third-party services.

26. Third-Party Guidelines

You agree that you will not use Pie Solutions services to break any third-party rules, terms, or guidelines.

You are responsible for how you use any product or service.

27. Ownership

All Pie Solutions branding, systems, code, designs, files, products, and services belong to Pie Solutions or their respective owners.

You may not copy, sell, clone, redistribute, or claim ownership of any Pie Solutions property.

28. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pie Solutions is not responsible for:

• Lost accounts
• Lost profits
• Lost data
• Lost access
• Device issues
• Third-party bans
• Payment provider issues
• User mistakes
• Unauthorized sharing
• Misuse of products
• Service downtime

29. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights that cannot legally be removed under applicable consumer laws.

If local law gives you mandatory rights, those rights still apply.

30. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, unless mandatory local law states otherwise.

31. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

Changes may be posted on this page.

Continuing to use Pie Solutions after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
